Transfer Student Information

Welcome to Oregon State!

Students interested in transferring to the OSU Biochemistry and Biophysics and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology majors have a variety or resources to assist them, including Oregon transfer guides and articulation tables for schools throughout the United States. All students who transfer to OSU (including Degree Partnership students) or change campus within OSU (moving between Corvallis campus, Cascades campus or Ecampus) are required to attend an orientation for their destination campus before registering.

Course articulation

Find out how your credits from other schools will transfer using our course articulation guides.

If your course doesn't articulate the way you think it should, you can submit a Transfer Course Equivalency Form.

If your credits are from an unaccredited institution or are professional credit, you can submit an Unaccredited College or Professional Technical Credit Petition.

In many cases, a course may not articulate as a specific OSU course, but the course still will serve as a prerequisite for other BB courses. This situation requires that you contact the OSU BB department for an override to be able to register for a course.
